Oh, My child, I see you running to and fro, frantic in your efforts to help Me make things happen. How many times will you go around that mountain of unbelief? Yes, unbelief! That may surprise you, but it’s true. You have a part to play in the symphony of life, but when you try to play all the instruments, rather than your own, well, the sound is loudly off tune and unpleasant. I am the Master Conductor and I strategically place people and events in their own seats in the orchestra of your life. Your zeal and passion are commendable, but when they consume you, your sound becomes off key and affects the composition of the soundtracks of your life.

I am your first love. I should be your waking thought when you rise and the final applause as you drift off to sleep. I will not be replaced by anything in your life. Hear Me, child. Repent and get back into your seat so I can play you loud and strong. Your repentant heart and obedience is what I desire above all.

Come, let Me fine tune you once more so you can continue to run your race in perfect harmony with the hand-picked orchestra I have for you. May you overflow with hope so you can soar to higher heights as My grace falls like rain and soaks your spirit with faith.

Pause and Ponder

God is your music and He writes the soundtracks of your life. Let go and let God, for when you live in obedience, you position yourself for blessings. A simple shift of focus can turn an otherwise gloomy day into one full of radiant hope and promise.
